WASHINGTON, DC (December 2, 2017) Tonight, National Urban League President and CEO, Marc H. Morial, released the following statement expressing opposition to the Senate's passage of the so-called "tax reform" bill:
"Despite widespread opposition and public outcry, tonight the U.S. Senate passed a dangerous tax package that directly undermines the economic advancement of low- and middle-income Americans through cuts to key programs and services.
