FUNCTIONS
- Provide information, materials and seminars for our Guilds to enable them to more effectively meet the needs of their local Affiliates.
- Foster a climate of understanding and cooperation between the Council, local Guilds and local Affiliates by discussing common issues and concerns with the National Urban League Staff.
- Maintain bylaws, procedures and guidelines to govern the administration of the Council and its membership.
