National Urban League Mourns Volunteer Leader Reg Brack

National Urban League President Marc H. Morial issued the following statement on the passing of Reginald K. Brack Jr.:

“The National Urban League has lost a beloved and important volunteer leader with the passing of former Board Chair Reg Brack, who served from 1992 to 1996.  Reg provided strong and principled leadership of the Board during a period of transformation as the National Urban League positioned itself for the 21st Century.  My predecessor, former President and CEO Hugh Price, relied upon his wise counsel and unwavering support.

“As an executive at Time Inc., Reg helped transform the organization into a multimedia and entertainment company.

“Our thoughts are with his wife, Barbara, also a supportive friend of the Urban League Movement, and their children, Reginald, Peter and Elizabeth.”
