On Wednesday, October 10th the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral argument in Fisher v. University of Texas. Mark your calendar because we need you there! The Fisher case will decide the constitutionality of the University’s affirmative action policy and may ultimately determine whether qualified students from diverse backgrounds will have access to educational opportunity and a fair chance to achieve their potential.
Here’s what you can do to help:
- Join the rally on October 10th at 11 AM. Our goal is to recruit 1,000 people to stand united for opportunity at the U.S. Supreme Court (1 First Street, N. E., Washington, D. C. 20543).
- Email “Count Me In” to sbergeron@nul.org Let us know that we will see you at the court.
- Forward this ALERT to your networks, colleagues, friends & family! Ask them to attend.
